This phase usually takes 1 to 3 hours depending on the size of your

home and professional advice required to best showcase and market your home. A detailed report with recommendations which may include colour options, de-cluttering suggestions, depersonalizing ideas and packing solutions is then prepared and presented. A detailed quotations is included based on the recommendations included in your report. We pride ourselves with the ability to work within budgets, to supply as much or as little support as deemed necessary by you, our client, in order to prepare your home for the real estate market. We achieve a model home look! Always remember that your home, once listed, is a real estate product among many other properties. It is our goal to make your property the best it can be which will increase your chances for a faster sale.

 

 

The estimated hours depend on the amount of work that is required to be completed. Detailed information is included on items that need to be removed or rearranged. Any necessary work including painting, fix-ups, de-cluttering and depersonalizing is outlined in detail and completed once approval is received.
